Payment Options:
The Western Digital Online Store accepts MasterCard®, Visa®,
Discover®, American Express®, Government I.M.P.A.C.
and Company Check. If you would like to use a money order, please select
company check during checkout and follow the instructions for a check.
Please ensure the billing address information is as it appears on your
credit card statement. We are unable to accept internationally issued
credit cards.

Can I pay by check?
Yes. You can select “check” as the payment method during
the check out process. The check should be made payable to the Western
Digital Online Store and sent to the following address:

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for
the check to clear. Once the check has cleared we will send
your order and you will receive tracking information in an
e-mail.
When will you bill my Credit Card?
Your credit card will be billed after the item ships from our warehouse. Items that are listed as being on pre-order are not billed for until they ship.
How do I get my tax refunded if I am a reseller or government purchaser?
Please fax a reseller permit or tax exempt document along with your order number to 952-253-8760. A sales tax or use permit is not acceptable. If you pay using a government IMPAC card, please include the following information in your fax: Your WD order number and the government department these products were purchased for.
What states does the WD Store charge tax in?
The WD Store is required to collect tax for residents of the following states: California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington.
